Founded in 1997 and formerly known as SOCO International plc, it rebranded in 2019 to emphasize sustainable growth in Asia and the Middle East. The company operates producing assets in Vietnam, including the Ca Ngu Vang field in Block 9-2 and Te Giac Trang field in Block 16-1, with exploration opportunities in the Phu Khanh basin's Blocks 125 and 126.
